Changes within this range, and late check-out can be changed at the reception on the day. ★Lakeside site and forest site cannot be selected. Please find a place by yourself after checking in on the day. ★You can cancel from the URL in the reservation email until 15:00 on the day. You cannot cancel after 15:00. If you do not show up on the day, the full cancellation fee will be charged. ★You cannot change the check-in date and check-in time. Changes cannot be made by phone or e-mail. Please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation for a new date and time.
