★You can make a reservation for 60 days of check-in dates including today. You can choose a check-out date of 2 or more nights.
★ Please select your check-in time from the calendar below.
★ There is no waiting area before check-in time, so please don't arriving before check-in time.You cannot check-in before check-in time you selected..
★ You can select 2 tents, 2 tarps, and 4 vehicles per 1 reservation. If you want to exceed this, please make another reservation.
Changes within this range, and late check-out can be changed at the reception on the day.
★If you want to shorten the number of nights, please be sure to contact us in advance. (Changes on the day are not possible.)

★If you want to extend your stay, please make another reservation for the additional dates. You can choose any available check-in time for additional reservations, but the fee will be for check-in before 15:00.
★Kouan 2nd Campground "Tent Village" is located about 3 km from the main building of Kuan Campground to the south side of Lake Motosu.
★Reception is in Kouan Main Building. Please be careful not to go directly to the "Tent Village".
★You can cancel from the URL in the reservation email until 15:00 on the day. You cannot cancel after 15:00.
If you do not show up on the day, the full cancellation fee will be charged.
★You cannot change the check-in date and check-in time. Changes cannot be made by phone or e-mail.
Please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation for a new date and time.
★Up to 4 cars and 2 tent tarps are allowed per reservation, but we cannot accept changes in the number of people, number of vehicles, or number of tents tarps during the stay.
(Within one reservation, the number of people, number of tents tarps, and number of cars are always the same from check-in to check-out.)
If your check-in date, check-out date, or late check-out is different because you are adding a reservation or checking out first, please make separate reservations.
